Media

 Today in Cybersmart we learnt about how many forms of media there was. Before this lesson I mostly thought media was just like instagram, facebook and other types of social platforms, but actually it's also things like billboards and posters too. This google drawing is pictures of all the types of media I have consumed in the last 24 hours.

Teleporting around the world!

 Today in class we learnt how to make a WeVideo. In it we had to include a magic trick, we teleported round the world. I found finding the background for Paris and Japan easy but Antarctica was hard because the snow was alway covering us up. I also found this funny because of the fails.

Digital footprint

We had to make a scratch game to help people learn about their digital footprint, we made it easy to understand so that younger kids can understand it. In it there is information about what not to post on the internet such as your address and last name. I hope you learn something new! 

Challenge week!

 

This week we are doing challenge/survivor week. I found it easy to do the hungry hippo, and the double dutch bust. The challenging bits was the physical mathletics because the questions were hard and kind of hard to make the car. I am looking forward to the next activities this week. The trivia challenge was also fun because we made some funny jokes.

Sort the comments

In class we had to sort between good and bad comments. if we thought they were good they'd get a thumbs up and if they were bad they would get a thumbs down. After that we had to reply to the comments saying what we thought about them for example if it was bad we might say that we thought it was bad because it gave away personal stuff, and had bad spelling. You can't see the comment though because they didn't show. 

Comic strips!

Today we had to make a small comic stirp on comix showing how a blog comment can make someone happy. I enjoyed making this comic stirp, because it was funny choosing the characters. The only thing that I found hard was that we only had a small time space.

P.E reflection

This is my P.E reflection for this week and last week. I have said what I want to achieve and if I achieved it by the end of the week. We make our goal by using the social skills on the skilled game player. 

Rv design!

At Gisint we have thing called RV's. RV stands for rise values, which are self management, integrity, exellence, and respect. At the end of the week we can cash them in for prizes. So far the RV design is a bit boring, so we are having a design competition. 

On my design there is the names of classes in our syndicate (Tane Mahuta), I also have the rise values of Gisint on the trunk of the tree. If we win we get 35 RV's, which we can use to go Paintballing, the pools or something of our choice.

I found it hard to see what we need to keep to ourselves or post online

I found it easy to make the digital picture of our face because I have done it before at my old school.

Next time I might try to add more detail to my writing to make it more interesting.
